Rules and regulations for recording and taking photos by visitors on the tourist route in Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia cave in Kletno
- Taking photos and recording while visiting the tourist route of Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia in Kletno is only allowed after buying special tickets, in accordance with the user's price list of Stroński Park Aktywności "Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia" sp. z o.o.
- The person who bought the abovementioned ticket (sticker) should put it in a visible place, so that the personnel and the guide can see it.
- Video recording is possible only with digital cameras (without additional light sources) without the use of tripods.
- Taking photos is possible with the help of digital cameras, smartphones, with the possibility of using the built-in flash, without a tripod, without a selfie stick and other similar gadgets.
- Taking photos and recording can only take place in accordance with the requirements of the regulations for visitors.
- People that take photos and record cannot separate from the group of visitors, just like other participants of the tour group they need to follow the instructions of the group guide (taking photos or recording must not affect the pace of movement of the group, which is determined by the guide).
- Buying a ticket for taking photos and recording is proof that the visitor has read and accepted the above regulations.
- Failure to comply with the rules by persons taking photos or recording results in the loss of the right to take photos and record, and may entitle the group guide to call security personnel.
- The purchase of a ticket for photography and filming is proof that the visitor has read and accepted the above regulations.
- The photographer/filmmaker must take into account difficult conditions for photography (changing or insufficient lighting, pace of the group). This is not grounds for a claim for reimbursement of the photography/filming fee.
- Failure to comply with the rules and regulations by those taking photographs or filming will result in the loss of the right to take photographs or film and may be grounds for the group leader to call the security services.
