The Customer's personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 as amended) and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
The controller shall take particular care to protect the interests of the data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data collected by him/her are:

  • processed in accordance with the law,
  • collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
  • substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, and kept in a form which permits,

The personal data of the Service Recipients, collected by the Administrator, is used for:
Completing the service of purchasing an online ticket to the Bear Cave in Kletna, and other activities related to the activity of the Service Recipient on the website www.jaskinianiedzwiedzia.pl.
The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Service Recipients:

The use of the website and the conclusion of contracts for the provision of services by electronic means through the website, which entails the need to provide personal data, is entirely voluntary.
